Prashant Agarwal, an Indian-born Swedish National, is the Chairman & CEO of Serneke International Group (SIG), and is at the helm of one of Sweden's largest global engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) companies. He also has created a group of successful companies under his family holding with Ajna Holding AB.

His journey has taken him from humble beginnings to becoming a renowned figure in various sectors, including finance, sports, real estate, entertainment, etc. Born in Mumbai and raised between India and the UK, Prashant Agarwal embarked on his professional journey working with esteemed financial institutions such as Ocwen, Fidelity, and Barclays. Having experience across multiple industries in countries such as India, the US, and the UK paved the way for his future success.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, he embarked on a path of business ventures, collaborating with the family office at Pacific Investments and establishing multiple companies in India and across the world. Notably, he served as the President of the Delhi Dynamos FC, a prominent Indian Super League Club, for two years. With a profound passion for football, he has made significant global contributions to the beautiful game, leaving a lasting impact on its development.

Today he is sitting on the Board of SIBC (Sweden India Business Council) and a member of ISBLRT (India-Sweden Business Leaders Round Table), which is one of the world's largest RT in size of economy with companies like AstraZeneca, Alfa Laval, ABB, Ericsson, FAM, Investor AB, SKF, Volvo, H&M, Electrolux, SEB, SAAB, Wallenberg Foundation, etc. The ISBLRT is chaired by the Prime Ministers of both India and Sweden.  With an impressive 15+ years of experience spanning sports, finance, real estate, entertainment, IT, and infrastructure, he brings a wealth of expertise to his leadership role. For the past Twelve years, he has proudly called Gothenburg, Sweden his home, solidifying his connection to Sweden while continuing to make a meaningful impact in his role at Serneke International Group and Ajna Holding AB.
